Dimensional Designs is a company that specializes in Horror, Science Fiction and Fantasy related collectibles. We have been serving collectors in their quest for rare and unusual collectibles since 1985, and currently produce our own line of unique model figure kits, accessories and limited edition collectible items. As new model kit compainies enter the marketplace due to the increasing popularity of figure modeling, Dimensional Designs is considered by many enthusiastic loyal collectors and customers as one of the original founders and mainstays of the American Garage Model Figure Kit Industry.

Dimensional Designs is dedicated to producing afforable, limited edition model kits and collectibles of relatively obscure esoteric horror, science fiction, fantasy film characters and creatures. Our enthusiasm in relation to our works has always come from our hearts! We are determined to bring the most loved and truly genuine characters and creatures from our childhood to life in the form of model figures to fellow enthusiastic collectors. On some projects as much as 2 years of creative talent design development were put into the items fabrication. Dimensional Designs model kits are all hand made and boxed with a color picture of the finished product on the top of the box. Each model kit is hand poured in high grade odorless white polyurethane thermoplastic polymer resin and individually inspected to assure top quality.

To us it's not just a hobby, it's an obsession to offer you some very rare exciting, high quality pieces of art to add to your own collection! Aside from our own studio projects, we do serve as an outlet for items in our specialty from other private artists and manufacturers. We have always had an open door policy to modelers who have sculpted their own figures and wish to sell limited runs of their creation. If you are an independent modeler or sculptor, we may be interested in carrying your figure and selling your creation through our company. These limited edition fan appreciation model kits are not intended to infringe on the rights of copyright holders. They are solely for the art of collecting, and are sold from collector to collector on a first come first serve basis, because they are generally made to be limited edition collectible item. Since we are catering to an experienced model kit collector, most of the kits we carry from other private artists may come only boxed and do not have any fancy packaging or directions because they are made to be a very limited edition item.

Our staff here at Dimensional Designs are collectors as well, and we understand the difficulty of finding items to complete or begin a collection. New items are always arriving and are not listed. We may have an item or information on an item you are looking for, so don't be afraid to give us a call or write to us. We are always open for "trades", as you may have an item that we are in search of. We trade on listed and non-listed items.

NOTE : Our first priority is to provide quality customer service and to ensure that your items are shipped in a timely manner. All Dimensional Designs items are hand made, therefore orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. However, you should allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery from the time the order is actually entered into our system if that particular item is in stock, unless otherwise noted or advised. When an order is placed with Dimensional Designs and all of the billing and shipping information has been accepted by the system, the order is immediately conveyed to the merchant for shipment. Because of this, we are unable to adjust an order after it has been submitted.

We do not accept e-mail cancellation for on-line orders. We are not responsible for any lost or damage package for international orders A 20% re-stocking fee charge will apply on all refused shipments, exchanges or returned items.



Missing or Damaged Parts Terms::

It is your responsibility to promptly inspect your purchase upon receipt. If you discover a missing or damaged part, please call our customer service at (415) 788-0138 and we will gladly send the parts needed. Do not begin assembling your kit until all the parts are received. Doing so will VOID your return if the parts cannot be replaced. All replacement parts whether manufactured by Dimensional Designs or Private artist may take an extended period to receive.

Domestic Orders Return Policy Terms:

It is your responsilility to promptly inspect your purchase upon receipt. If for any reason you are not HAPPY with your purchase, you must return the item(s) within 10 working days of receipt for refund, credit or replacement, otherwise "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". Merchandise must be in the original condition as recieved. Shipping and handling charges incurred will not be refunded. Please be certain that the items you are ordering are correct. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns for credit or refunds. Please call (415) 788-0138 for an RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization Number). We will not issue an RMA# through e-mail. An RMA# number must be marked on the outside of your return package or box, but NEVER placed directly onto the original item package or box itself. Putting the RMA number on the product package or box ruins the product. This means you must double-box or double-wrap the return item. Should you place an RMA# onto the original package or box itself, the product cannot be accepted for return or credit and will be returned to you at your shipping expense. All return (RMA) items are to be shipped prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service. Please include a copy of your original invoice when returning items to us with you RMA# on the invoice. Please allow 2 weeks upon our receipt for processing. DO NOT return entire kits or product items without prior authorization, and without receiving an RMA#. Allowing our staff time to resolve issues which may arise, will resolve problems quickly and easily. If we find that the damage is unreasonable or happened after it was delivered, you will be charged a minmum of $8.00 call tag fee plus the return shipping charges as well as the 20% resock fee.

Shipping & Handling Charges Policy and Terms:

WE SHIP TO CREDITCARD HOLDER'S BILLING ADDRESS ONLY! The card holder's name must be the same as shown on the invoice or a $ 8.00 additional service fee will apply for address correction.

Domestic Shipping & Handling Charges and Terms:


Domestic orders are normally shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking confirmation and insurance automatically included. Shipping charges within the United States are ESTIMATED per the DOMESTIC (U.S.A.) "Table Rate" and DO NOT apply to International orders. Final adjusted shipping charges will be calculated at the time of actual shipping based upon both the "raw weight" and "dimensional weight" (Lenth x Height x Width). If shipping charge adjustments exceed $9.00 (U.S. funds), we will attempt to contact you to confirm additional shipping charges prior to shipping the products. If we ship prior to confirming shipping charges, the customer accepts that all direct, out of pocket shipping charges to Dimensional designs are to be paid for by the customer. The customer AGREES to pay for all cost expenses incurred for shipping and handling. DIMENSIONAL DESIGNS DOES NOT ABSORB SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ANY REASON! An additional shipping fee may apply to (Hawaii, Alasaka ETC by air cargo service) NOTE: For Over Size Items (Handling & Shipping costs vary based on weight & dimension. We will quote the actual costs via e-mail upon receipt of purchase order)

International Shipping & Handling Charges and Terms:

We are not responable for any Lost or Damage items for International Orders. All International Orders are ship by EMS (Express Mail Service by United States Postal Service) with tracking info. Please total order and multiply by 35% for estimated shipping costs to be sent by Express Mail Service by United States Postal Service (USPS). If the amount of shipping you have sent us is in excess of the actual cost of shipping and handling, we will give you a credit towards your next order or a refund. if the amount was not enough to cover the shipping and handling costs of the package, we will notify you with the balance amount due. International Credit Card may take up to 21 days to process. For instant payment please use Wester Union Transfer. We will ship upon confirmation is received ( Western Union Transfer Only ).
